A Nostalgic 70’s Themed Wedding at The London Hunt & Country Club
“We watched it last night and we loooooooovedddd it! Many tears were shed. It was so so amazing to relive our day. My favourite was the camcorder footage. It was suuuuch a vibe and so unique. The sound design was also on point!
Omg yes, including the dream sequence was amazing. That was before we were even dating. That project was the whole reason we even had a friendship so honestly so great to have our beginnings repped in the film. ❤️
Honestly Tuan, you just overall nailed it. We could not be happier without the outcome! Thanks again, you truly are a master of your craft”

I had a lot of fun mixing our old family camcorder with footage from the Fujifilm xt4.
I feel with this film, I'm really starting to hit my stride in my style and the outcomes I want with my wedding videos.
Things like the opening sequence won't make sense to anyone but the couple and those who know them, but I think when you make a wedding film, you're not making it for your portfolio -- you're making it with as meaning as you can for the couple.
To give you context: That opening skit was from when they were in college together and that was a snippet from their final project in which they created a show/episode. It's so meaningful for Katie to look back at that moment and think "That was the man I would come to marry". Plus, Ryan being silly in a dream sequence was just too good!
These guys were so much fun and it was a positive, relaxed day filled with so much love.
This couple used to be wedding videographers as well, so for me, it was definitely added pressure! haha But, they loved the filmed and appreciated all the little tidbits that spoke to them, so that not only warms my heart but feels so good coming from fellow filmmakers. :)
