High-level Website Needs

Integrations

The integrations to NetSuite and Zendesk are the grey areas as the scope of the project will vary depending on how much or little help you need setting things up once we get the base integrations in place. This extra leeway for the work is reflected in the quote.

Timeline

We could get started at the beginning of June. I would meet with Fiona and whoever else may lend a hand in creating pages or can provide IT help.

My side of setting the foundation so your team can start building pages would only be 1-2 weeks. From there, we could chip away at the project over the summer, ideally finishing before September giving us a few months to refine things before the January launch.

Working with you

Working closely with you and your team during the entire build.

I’ll help you understand the backend of Shopify with a training session so you can still save on costs by creating the majority of the product pages yourselves. I don’t think it makes sense for me to build out product pages (as you mentioned a co-op student could help making it more feasible).

I’ll help you setup the integration of NetSuite, Zendesk and connections to your social media. This is the grey area as I won’t know all the work involved until we get into it. Included in this is the setup of the shipping/cart whether it be in Shopify or NetSuite, but again, all this creates the difference in pricing.

** I assume you have an IT person that handles your NetSuite/Zendesk/other API or integrations that I can work closely with to set things up.

SEO foundations will be included. Making sure SEO is setup properly for each page and ideas for blog/ways to improve your SEO moving forward.

UI/UX - Making sure the usability of the website is simple and easy to navigate while looking good.

I’ll build out the main pages (what you see in the navigation) + 10 product pages.

Setup basics for you

To save on costs, I’ll setup the Shopify foundations, a few main pages with a sample product page. Giving you a good base to take over.

From there, I can provide a training session to show you how to build out all the required pages.

I can do a basic setup of the apps required to connect NetSuite and Zendesk, but your team would take over from there.

I’ll show you SEO basics and things to consider as you build out the pages.
