Gorgeous Million Dollar Home
About This Project:
Phew! This project was our largest to date. I consider this a full episode. All-in-all, it took about 20 hours! You can really get lost in the flow went you get editing, which is good because it definitely didn't feel that long.
Sarah is an interior designer from Goderich, but had the opportunity to help Marquis Development create this gorgeous home in the South end of London. If only we had a cool mil or so, we would definitely snag this baby. A perfect combo of modern and cozy, Sarah hit all the checkboxes for a space that is stylish and welcoming.
Gear and Thoughts:
This was all shot with a Fujifilm XH1 and 16-55mm handheld. Audio was recorded with a Rode SmartLav and Tascam DR-05x, which we synced in post. I had a Rode Videomicro on the camera as back up.
I really love the way Architectural Digest does their home tours and I wanted to replicate that casual walkthrough vibe with this project. I think it turned out well for a first run! I'll be doing a follow-up video to talk more about the filming and editing process as I learned quite a bite wrapping everything together.
